Internet Outage Atlas is a static editorial reference. The site does not require accounts, does not ask for personal information, and does not include a login, a payment flow, or a newsletter form.

Standard hosting and security systems may process basic request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security challenge signals. That information is used to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and confirm that pages are reachable.
